What Squido does:
Squido runs as a service,
just like Exchange does, so you do not need to logon to run it.
Periodically (you set the interval) Squido dials up your ISP.
Squido scans through all your POP3 mailboxes and downloads all the mail.
Each mail is forwarded to the intended recipient in your Exchange Server.
